Pricing & Financing

Are these out-the-door prices? What do they include?

Prices shown for new models are MSRP. They do not include taxes, incentives, or other applicable fees. We do have discounts on demo and pre-owned models that are reflected in the listed price. Check back on our current stock frequently since we regularly get more demo and pre-owned bikes in stock. There may be other discounts available to you, which are listed here. Are there any incentives available?

There is a federal tax credit available which covers 10% of the purchase price on a new Zero motorcycle (including demo models!) up to a maximum of $2,500. The federal tax credit is available in all 50 US states and applies to new e-motorcycles purchased in 2018-2020. The federal tax credit is not currently available for e-motorcycles purchased in 2021 and after.

Additional state and regional incentives can apply as well, such as a $750 California rebate. Check with your state, region, or city to see if any are available to you.

Please discuss with your accountant or a tax professional to see if you qualify for any of the above tax credits as requirements may vary.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, for motorcycles, we offer financing on approved credit. Please contact us for options and/or use our online loan application. You can also visit us in Orange, CA at 704 W. Katella Ave. (92867). Accessories can be included in the loan – please let us know if you are interested in this when you are filling out your application as they won’t be able to be added to the loan later.

For accessories, parts, and apparel orders that are over $50, we offer Affirm. Just select it as your payment method at checkout to see whether you qualify for their convenient monthly payments.

Motorcycle Inventory

Do you have other Zero Motorcycles models in stock?

We can order any current model year bikes in the configuration of your choice with a short lead time. Let us know if you’re looking for something we don’t have in store.

Do the bikes come in other colors?

We can change the plastics on most models to ones from compatible model years for an additional charge. For example, changing a Horizon Blue 2020 Zero S to look like a Jet Black/Red 2020 Zero SR. We can also wrap or paint the plastics with the design and color of your choice for an additional charge.

Can I add accessories to the models in your current inventory?

Yes, we can add official Zero luggage racks, top cases, windshields, power tanks, charge tanks, and other official Zero accessories to most of the models shown if they don’t already have them included. If you’re interested in aftermarket modifications like auxiliary lighting, heated grips, etc., we can work with you on that as well.

If you are interested in financing, accessories can be included in your loan – please let us know if you are interested in this when you are filling out your application as they won’t be able to be added to the loan later.

Do these motorcycles come with a warranty?

All new motorcycles come with a 5 year warranty on the battery (covering unlimited miles!) and 2 year warranty on the rest of the bike which starts at the time of purchase.

Demo motorcycles generally also have the same warranty which starts at the time of purchase, but in some cases, the warranty may be shorter. (the

Pre-owned motorcycles may or may not still be under warranty depending on when they were first sold (the warranty status of each pre-owned motorcycle will be noted on its product page).

Purchasing and Shipping

How do I purchase a motorcycle?

How do I purchase accessories, parts, or apparel that are not listed on the site (special orders)?

Contact us by email or phone if you’re looking for something not shown on the site. If we don’t have it in-store, we can special order it for you. Special orders may take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive in stock, may be subject to additional shipping charges, are non-refundable, and are non-returnable.

Do you offer shipping or delivery?

We offer delivery for motorcycle purchases within a limited range from the showroom (does not apply to parts or apparel) starting at $150.

We can also ship to you. For motorcycles, please inquire for a shipping quote – generally ranges from $400-$700 to locations in the contiguous US. For parts, accessories, gear, and apparel, we offer $10 flat-rate shipping. Purchases $175 and above qualify for FREE shipping (contiguous US only, contact us for shipping to AK or HI). Please note that a bulky/heavy item fee of $19.99 may be applied to some products such as racks and cases, in which case it will be stated in the product description.

You can also opt for free in-store pickup at our Orange, CA showroom (704 W. Katella Ave., 92867).

What is your return policy?

Motorcycles are not able to be returned after purchase.

Parts, accessories, gear, and apparel can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in new, unused condition. For parts and accessories, they are not returnable if they have already been installed on your bike or if they have been removed from their packaging. For gear and apparel, all tags must still be on the item and they cannot have been washed.

Garage Sale items (Clearance and Blemished) are final sale and are not returnable or refundable.

All special orders are not returnable or refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or you can opt for store credit. Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Notify us by phone (714.978.4487) or email ([email protected]) if you would like to initiate a return. Once the return has been approved, you can ship us the items (you are responsible for all return shipping costs) or drop them off in-store. We will issue your refund once we receive and inspect the items. If we find that they are used or damaged (other than manufacturing defects), we will not be able to accept the return or refund the purchase and you will be responsible for shipping back to your location.
